Can we have daily or weekly quests?
With the introduction of On-Ice Quests, we’re creating new ways for collectors to use their highlights and tie them to NHL team and player performance! Initially, these quests will be bi-weekly, and we’ll be gradually increasing cadence as the season progresses.
Is it possible to increase gifting limits per month?
Yes! We will post a follow-up to Discord once this has been completed.
Can you update default quest filters to Fandom–Mythic since we'll freeze lower rarity highlights before higher rarity ones?

Can you help explain Stripe fees?
As with virtually all payment processors, Stripe charges a fee to process each transaction, which is ~2.9% plus $0.30, and may be slightly higher for international markets.
When will Sweet Balance be available again?
Unfortunately we don’t have an estimated date for this feature; in the meantime, proceeds from Marketplace sales are deposited directly to your connected bank account via Stripe.
Can users choose to transact in USD vs CAD?
No, transactions are USD only.

2025-26 Season Start Recap
We've seen lots of action on the ice – with all 32 teams playing on the same day not once, but twice (Oct 11 & 28). We've matched the action on NHL Breakaway with a slew of drops, quests, and giveaways!
Series 3 has had four pack drops to date, consisting of 80 new highlights across 8 sets.
14 Quests have been launched throughout the month, 4 of which have already been completed and reward packs distributed.
4 Set Completions launched, with two exclusive completion rewards already revealed:
- Opening Ice: Icons - In his NHL debut, Carey Price showcased the poise that would define his career, making key saves on Mark Recchi and Sidney Crosby en route to his first win and a stellar rookie season with a 24-12-3 record, .920 save percentage, and 2.56 goals-against average.
- Heart & Soul 80s & 90s - Dale Hawerchuk launched his Hall of Fame career with the Winnipeg Jets, winning the Calder Trophy after a 103-point rookie season highlighted by a hat trick in Toronto, the start of a 16-year career that saw him record 518 goals and 1,409 points.
The new season also brought the return of Pick'ems, where your hockey IQ could score you NHL Breakaway packs! Congrats to the winners of our first Pick'em:
